Our worship at Immanuel reflects our understanding of God as expressed by the love commandments: Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength; and love your neighbor as yourself. This underlies our commitment to be welcoming and inclusive to all.
Living and teaching love in our world is an arduous task, one that can not be accomplished alone or in isolation. We believe that in community, with each other, we can share and nurture the gift of compassion and learn to live lovingly in the world.
